Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy

• All payments made for our services (including subscriptions, project-based visualizations, and premium features) are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly specified otherwise in this Policy.
• By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Refunds may only be issued in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate or accidental payments: If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
• Service unavailability: If our services are unavailable for an extended period due to technical issues on our end (and not arising from third-party platforms, your internet connection, or misuse), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit.
• Payment disputes resolved in your favor: In cases where an authorized payment gateway determines that you are entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used within 7-14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or content accuracy (our platform is AI-driven and outputs are probabilistic in nature, which means variations, errors, or hallucinations are possible).
• Incorrect input or data provided by the user (e.g., wrong floor plan uploads, wrong specifications).
• Change of mind after purchase/subscription.
• Inability to use the service due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., hardware/software incompatibility at the user's end, internet disruptions, or third-party issues).

Cancellations

• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription plan, you can cancel it at any time. Service access will continue until the end of the billing cycle, after which you will not be charged further.
• One-Time Services: Project-based visualizations or one-time AI renders cannot be canceled once the order has been processed and service delivery has begun.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We request that you contact us first at billing@virtualspaces.tech to resolve any billing disputes before initiating chargebacks with your payment provider.

Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account or refusal of future service.

Refund Policy Acknowledgment

At checkout, you will be required to check a confirmation box agreeing to this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing your purchase. The acknowledgment statement is as follows:
